Jackie Oates & Megan Henwood
Jackie Oates, Megan Henwood and Pete Thomas are a new acoustic roots and folk trio combining vocal harmonies, viola, guitar and double bass.
Jackie and Megan sparked a friendship at their local Nettlebed Folk Club in 2012 and soon discovered how effortlessly their vocals blended.
In their respective solo careers they have both worked closely with Oxfordshire based bass player Pete Thomas, so he was the natural choice when they decided to put the band together.
The trio have been working on material over the last year and their debut EP ‘Wings’ is set for release in August 2016.
